From Likes to Leads · the guide
Your mum likes your posts. Your prospects don't.
The 73-page guide that shows you exactly why your content isn't turning into clients, and what to change. No 30-day posting challenge. No bloke in a backwards cap telling you to "just post more".
Your prospects? Tumbleweed. A lone cricket. Possibly a dog barking in the distance.
So does your best mate, your old boss and that woman you sat next to at a networking breakfast in 2019.
If that sounds familiar, you're not bad at this. You're not lazy, and you're not "not a content person". You've just got one of three problems, and each one has a fix.
Which one is yours?
The three problems
"My content isn't getting seen."
It's too beige, there's no point of view, you never repeat yourself, and you jump from topic to topic.
"My content gets likes but not leads."
People enjoy you, but they don't see you as the expert. You're not sharing the transformation you create, and you're not following up when people engage.
"I'm having conversations, but they don't go anywhere."
You're brilliant at making friends and terrified of making the ask.
They stack. If nobody's seeing your posts, there's no point fixing your sales conversations yet. So you start at the top and work down.
Hi, I'm Felice
I had all three.
I spent two years posting every day like a good girl. Safe tips. Nothing anyone could object to. My followers went from 1,100 to 1,300, and most of them were ex-colleagues and recruiters. Lovely people. Not one of them was ever going to hire me.
And I'm a marketer. Twenty-plus years of making other people's brands impossible to ignore, and I couldn't do it for myself.
What changed wasn't posting more. It was posting differently, to different people, and then actually talking to them. Today it's almost 14,000 followers, over 2 million impressions in a year, and clients who arrive already knowing they want to work with me.
This guide is everything I changed, in the order I wish I'd changed it.
What's inside
73 pages. 11 fixes. One problem at a time.
It isn't a one-and-done read. It's built to come back to every month: a ten-minute check tells you which problem to fix, then you go straight to that chapter.
The guide
- Who you are is the strategy. Why the version of you your prospects meet on a call beats the polished one you've been posting as.
- How the algorithm actually decides who sees your post, and what Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest and YouTube each reward.
- Problem 1: stop being beige, find your point of view, repeat yourself on purpose, stop topic-hopping.
- Problem 2: build authority (not just likeability), show the transformation, follow up when people engage.
- Problem 3: have the right conversations, move them forward, and make the ask without feeling like Del Boy.
The bits you'll actually use
- 7 worksheets, including the softener audit, find your point of view and the bucket check.
- The monthly check. Ten minutes with your analytics and your inbox. It tells you which problem to fix this month. Just one.
- A "do this month" page at the end of every chapter, so you know exactly what to do next.
- A monthly tracker so you can see what's working.
- Ways to make the ask without feeling icky, plus how to turn objections into content.
It works
What happens when my clients make these changes
engagement
“Engagement on LinkedIn up 324% since start of course vs prior 3 months, impressions +224%. And a change of perception for sure, from others and myself (about me!)”
“Just sold 2 spots in my group program!!! AND.... just got a new 3 month private coaching client!”
“It's working! I've booked two calls already this week.”
“I feel real pride. I did the things that give me the ick but got much more positive results than expected.”
“I updated my LI profile and twice today have intro'd myself to new people with this exact wording... Ridiculous how it clicks when you get the positioning right!”
“I was so chuffed with the responses I got in terms of 2 extra people to the workshops and 4 offers of 1:1 discussion.”
“I wrote my normal professional post. Looked at it. Thought nah. Deleted it and rewrote it.”
Is this for you?
Yes, if you're…
- A small business owner or solo founder who's posting, but not getting clients from it
- Getting likes from your mates and your old colleagues, and silence from the people who could actually hire you
- Brilliant at making friends online and terrified of making the ask
- Happy to do ten minutes of honest checking each month, rather than posting harder and hoping
Not if you want…
- Copy-paste templates and engagement pods. The platforms spot them, and so do your prospects
- Another 30-day posting challenge
- A secret hack. Who you are is the strategy. Not the template, not the posting time, not the perfect hook

Questions you're probably asking
Knowing what to change isn't the hard part.
Doing it when the doubts and the dickheads turn up is.
You're so much better than your content is letting on. Let's sort that out.
